Payments & Refunds

This page explains how payments for poojas and consultations are handled at Varaahi Sakthi Peetam, along with our cancellation and refund policy.

Dakshina & pooja contribution

The contribution for each pooja is shared with you at the time of booking based on the ritual, materials, and number of priests involved. Amounts are typically remitted in Indian Rupees (INR).

Accepted payment methods

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)
• Debit and credit cards through a secure payment link
• International remittance via bank wire (for devotees abroad)

Payment details are shared privately after your muhurtham is fixed. Please do not send money to any account unless it has been confirmed by our office.

Confirmation

Once your payment is received, we confirm the booking by WhatsApp or email. Please keep the confirmation for your records.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule a pooja must reach us at least 48 hours before the muhurtham. We will do our best to fix an alternative auspicious time.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the muhurtham are eligible for a refund after deducting materials already procured and administrative charges.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the muhurtham are generally non-refundable, as materials, priests, and temple arrangements are already committed.
• If we cancel or postpone a pooja for reasons on our side, you may choose a fresh muhurtham at no extra cost or receive a full refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment source within 7–10 working days. Bank or gateway charges, where applicable, are borne by the devotee.

No refund on completed rituals

Once a pooja, homa, or consultation has been performed, no refund is possible. The spiritual benefit of the ritual is offered on your behalf at the time it is conducted.

Disputes

If you have any concern about a payment or refund, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction so we can resolve it directly. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
