In practice most political leaders use Chandi Homa to defeat their opponents. Yet this pooja alone will not resolve a political contest. If the four major parties in a state all perform Chandi Homa, which of them will benefit? The question has no answer.
Chandi Homa may eliminate enemies; but to achieve political position and the power to rule the government, the Sri Dasa Maha Vidhya Tantric Poojas of the Sri Dattatreya – Sri Parashurama Guru Lineage are the effective remedy. They are many times more effective than Chandi Homa.
Because no one has the opportunity to learn our procedures, no one makes the effort to perform them. Even though Sri Dasa Maha Vidhya is commonly worshipped, no one practises it in the Sri Parashurama Kalpa Sutra method — which is taught only inside the Parashurama Guru Lineage.
According to the Kalpa Sutra, whoever first uses this method to obtain the prior authorisation and blessings of the Dasa Maha Vidhyas has everything turn in their favour. Once that authorisation is granted, thousands of others may become aware of the procedure and perform it — none will benefit. In practice, this rule holds.
